Unfortunately it has come to our attention that Gary Germano, has actively been misrepresenting our company, products and services, as well as his history and position with our firm, and in some cases been receiving monies in his name for services sold under our company name.

We've worked hard over the past 6 years to provide our clients with cost effective design, search engine optimization, internet marketing and social media solutions, and are proud of our track record and have enjoyed helping our clients successfully deploy meaningful internet marketing strategies.

To be clear, Gary Germano is no longer associated with our firm in any way. He is not, and has never been an owner, partner, part of management or an employee. He does not exist on our corporate documents or articles.

He has never been trained by us in our methods, technology or tactics or worked as part of our technical or strategy team.

His tenure with our firm as an independent sales rep was briefly in 2007 into early 2008 and for the first 4 months of 2011.

We urge you to take the following steps to avoid future grief:

(1) Please do not write any checks payable to "Gary Germano" for internet marketing services, web design, social media or social networking, search engine optimization, or any product, service or consulting offered by Kaboodle Ventures. All checks for services should be made out to "Kaboodle Ventures LLC" at the address listed in the invoice we will provide you.

(2) Please contact us directly if you are approached by Mr. Germano offering our suite of services in order to avoid being let down and having to attempt to recoup your monies directly from Mr. Germano.

(3) Please contact us BEFORE sending monies for our services via PayPal, Google Checkout or other electronic or merchant service provider. If it's a real request for payment WE WILL send you a PayPal invoice directly and we will confirm the Transaction ID via email or phone prior to your paying the invoice.

(4) For those of you who may have been harmed by Mr. Germano and need our cooperation in an investigation or deposition, please feel free to contact us.
